We use your results on the daily calls to run streaks, leaderboards, and reminders. We don't sell your personal data to third parties.

Your username, streak, points, and tier are visible to other users on leaderboards. If you set a buddy, rival, or join a group, your results on shared questions become visible to them as part of how the Buddy Bonus, Rival Showdowns, and group leaderboards work.

Push notifications require your explicit permission through your browser or device. You can opt out of personalized notifications at any time.

• You must be 18 or older to use Marqit.
• Marqit is free to play. No purchase is ever necessary to participate or win.
• Points and in-app tokens have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for money or prizes.
• Marqit is not gambling and does not involve wagering for real-world value.
• One account per person. Availability may vary by state.
• Group invite links are not access-controlled beyond the code itself — anyone with the code can join. Don't share it publicly if you want to keep your group private. You can also invite someone to your group by username, which they must approve.
• You may belong to one group at a time. Setting a buddy requires the other person to approve your request before it takes effect.
