By using Marqit at playmarqit.com ("Marqit," "we," "the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Marqit is

Marqit is a daily prediction game for entertainment purposes. You make predictions on daily questions, track a streak, and compare results with others on leaderboards. Marqit is not a betting, gambling, or financial product. No money changes hands, there are no cash prizes, and nothing on Marqit should be treated as financial, betting, or investment advice.

Eligibility

You must meet our minimum age requirement to use Marqit, which you confirm when you sign up. We rely on your own confirmation and do not independently verify age.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person — our systems enforce a single group membership per account as part of this.

Acceptable use

When using Marqit, you agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or streaks.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the app.
• Choose a username or content that's abusive, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Marqit's systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

Content you submit

If you submit a question suggestion or other content, you're responsible for it, and you agree it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or violate the acceptable use rules above. We may use, display, or decline to use anything you submit.

No guarantees

Marqit is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be available at all times, free of bugs, or that scoring, streaks, or leaderboard data will always be perfectly accurate. We're not liable for losses (like a broken streak) caused by outages, bugs, or errors in the app.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Marqit at any time. We may update these terms as the app changes; we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use Marqit after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You can stop using Marqit and request your account be deleted at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
